The best suggestion I can make for purchasing Koby in the U.S. is ask the butcher, ask to see paper work, ask who their supplier is and how they are getting it into the US. It&#039;s very difficult to get Koby the best thing to do is do your home work on your butcher. Another idea is to look for a restaurant in your city that serves Koby the Chef will have done the home work for you. Call and ask the Chef who their supplier is or perches the stakes from the restaurant it self. Good luck and enjoy!]]></description>
