The ultimate brunch Caesar
I’ve learned that there’s a cocktail for every occasion in life and breakfast is no exception. Proudly Canadian and consumed almost exclusively in Canada the Bloody Caesar is perfectly suited for breakfast gatherings. Toronto’s Hair of the Dog boasts one of the best Caesar recipes and a perfectly suited Sunday brunch menu to match.
This cocktail is always greatest made from scratch using the best ingredients. These portions are for one serving.

-1-3 drops Tabasco Sauce (depending on spice level)
-2 drops Worcestershire Sauce
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-1 tbsp Horseradish
-1 tbsp Pickle juice
-Garnish with a lemon, celery stick, hot chilly pepper, pickle, any or all of the above.
To begin creating this breakfast cocktail take the lemon and cut into wedges. Rim a water glass with the lemon wedge and celery salt. Add ice, vodka, Tabasco, Worcestershire, horseradish, pickle juice, top with clamato juice and mix. With that simply garnish and serve. Laine Valin
